This rubric was designed for a striking unit with elementary students. The students were given three striking tasks, and were graded on where they fell on this rubric.
Rubric
A | During all, or most of the activity, the student shows competence and awareness of form (and cues) in all three skills. |
B | During the activity, the student shows competence and awareness of form (and cues) in two out of three of the skills. |
C | The student shows competence and awareness of form (and cues) on occasion, throughout the activity. |
D | The student rarely shows signs of competence or awareness of form (or cues) in any of the three skill areas. |
F | The student was a non-participant or did not complete the task. |
